Sellers General Construction is a 2nd generation, full service, family-owned entity that specializes in industrial, commercial, residential, and structural steel buildings. Johnny Sellers grew up in Conway, SC and worked in construction his entire career. In 1997, he decided to open his own firm and began residential work throughout Litchfield, Pawley’s Island, Myrtle Beach, Conway, Carolina Forest, Loris, Aynor, and surrounding areas. Since its inception, customers throughout the Grand Strand area have been putting their trust in Sellers General Construction, and our growth is a testament to those built relationships.

In 2006, Jay Sellers became a partner in the firm and managed the day-to-day operations. Jay has spent a considerable number of years in various roles within the construction industry. From an early age Jay received extensive field experience that transitioned into carpenter, superintendent, project manager. In 2023, Jay became the proud firm owner and operator of Sellers General Construction, leading into the 2nd generation of leadership. Between father and son there are more than six decades of construction knowledge and experience.

Photo shows a 4,000 SF Building on 2 acres with 20′ eave height on front and 18′ eave height on rear. 2 – 14′ x 14′ rollup doors on rear of building. Approx. 1 Acre of lay down yard. 1000 SF of heated/cooled space and 3000 SF of warehouse. 400 Amp service. 1 – Bathroom. Landlord is upfitting the property for the new tenant. 

Two lots remaining. We can build up to approximately 30,000 SF per individual lot, including loading docks. Site disturbance permits are in hand, so we can have a building ready to go in 6 months.
