At GoAirheads have 4 Unique options for groups of players that want to come experience Airsoft together!

Option #1: PUBLIC Game Group Rates (No Reservations Needed)

If you want to go straight into the battle with the local “Airheads”, then this is the best option with the CHEAPEST price for you!

Group Rates:

$25.00 Entrance Ticket per player (10-19 players)
$20.00 Entrance Ticket per player (20-29 players)
$15.00 Entrance Ticket per player (30+ players)

Details:

Groups must pay in a SINGLE transaction to receive the discount pricing
Discounts do not stack
Groups of 20+ MUST call a few days in advance to receive their discount!
The above pricing does NOT include Gun/Face Mask Rental or Ammo!
Staging Area Ammenities (Tables/Chairs) are First Come, First Served. We suggest coming early, bringing your own or booking your group a Private Staging Area BELOW.

Option #2: Private Staging Area (Reservations Required)

This is to reserve your own PRIVATE staging area for you and your friends!

Staging Area Reservation Fee: $150 per event (10-5pm or 6-11pm for Night Games)

Includes:

1 PRIVATE Group Game on the Field (ALL other games will be Public Games).
Tables, Chairs, Covered Area for shade and weather protection, Electrical Outlets, Colored Lighting (for Night Game Reservations).

No Minimum Player Count Needed.

Option #3: WeekDAY Private Field & Staging Reservation (Reservation Required)

Field & Staging Reservations are for 4 hour increments Monday-Friday ONLY. This will include: Full safety/rule briefing, Private field reservation (1 field at a time, rotated throughout the day), trained GoAirheads Referee to supervise and help coordinate fun game types to be played and finally use of our covered staging area that has tables, chairs outlets and misters for parents or players wanting a break. This is GoAirheads most unique and fun way to celebrate any occasion!

Private Party Rates:

$45.00 Entrance Ticket per player (8-11 players)
$40.00 Entrance Ticket per player (12-15 players)
$35.00 Entrance Ticket per player (16-20 players)
$30.00 Entrance Ticket per player (21 or more players)
Group Pay Discount: (-$5 per player if all entrance and rentals are paid in 1 transaction via our “Group Pay System”. This will be paid within 30 minutes after group finishes check-in and will not be applied to any late players!)
(Additional discounts available for corporate events, non-profits or groups of more than 35. Please call first for pricing. ALL party discounts DO stack so take advantage of them!)

Details:

Upon booking, a $50 Reservation Fee will be collected. (This is NOT a deposit, nor will it be credited to any of the above pricing).
Minimum of 8 players are required in order to book a private party
Reservation Fees are non-refundable except for SEVERE weather!
We suggest for all players to wear close toed shoes they don’t mind getting dirty, long sleeve shirts (hoodies work great), full finger gloves, pants and some sort of face protection (if not renting mask).
We also suggest for all parties to show up 35-45 minutes BEFORE the time of the party to go over rules, fill out paperwork and hand rentals out.
Please make sure that all players have signed our online waiver before showing up. Makes sure to remember the phone number used as this will become that player’s login ID number. Waiver can be found here: WAIVER

Option #4: Law Enforcement/Training (Reservations Required)

These sessions are led by your Police Department or Training orginization themselves. Other than check-in/Check-Out, there will be MINIMAL employee interactions with your group. This booking is for rental of the GoAirheads Playing Fields and Staging area ONLY!

Private Training Event Daily Fee: $300/Day

Details:

All Bookings are for 8am till 6pm on NON-Public Game Days. If more time is needed beyond these times, please call to confirm this before booking your event.
Simunition Training: GoAirheads has NO INSURANCE that would cover the use of simunition rounds and will not be held liable for any bodily injury or damage to property during a booking using simunition rounds. These are ALLOWED to be used for your training, however a current copy of your Organizations insurance policy MUST be submitted before the date of your training in order to allow this. All risk and liability will be on the Orginization and their insurance and NOT GoAirheads. This includes all injuries/death related to participating in this training event.
Airsoft Training: GoAirheads DOES hold Airsoft Liability Insurance for the use of airsoft guns. However to be covered under our insurance, ALL PARTICIPANTS must sign an electronic waiver before training begins. They must also listen to our rules video. This will take approx. 10 minutes total.
Vehicles: Vehicles are allowed to be safely used during training at our facility, however GoAirheads will not be held liable for any damage to these vehicles or injuries resulting from these vehicles. It is assumed all vehicles will have the proper insurance needed for this training event provided by their respective Training Orginizations.
